embrace the power of living authentically
therapy
Are you naturally empathic, potentially having been labeled as “too sensitive” at some point in your life? Is it difficult for you to feel grounded in your true self, even though you might have already done some healing work? Do you want to fully embrace more of your queerness, neurodivergence, or creative identity?
In my practice, I support people struggling with life transitions, relationships, non-monogamy, meaning/purpose distress, self-love, & self-connection through the lens of social justice, radical self acceptance, & the power of living authentically. I believe that shifts come when we connect with all of the parts of ourselves, even those that feel uncomfortable to touch. Working together, we will sift through what your true self desires & the old messages that might be standing in the way.
Music Therapy
As a music psychotherapist, I use a combination of creative, somatic, and verbal techniques to help clients access the deepest parts of their psyches, so that they may better know and love themselves. Connecting with our creativity and our body can help us move through challenges and discomfort with a greater sense of groundedness, empowerment, and freedom.
Brainspotting (BSP)
Birthed out of the practice of EMDR, brainspotting is a trauma therapy intervention that uses the body’s natural eye gaze reflex to connect with deep brain processing. As a certified brainspotting therapist, I use this somatic technique to support clients navigating the effects of ptsd and cptsd, anxiety, depression, and phobias, so they may experience release and relief from old material stored in the body.
Interal Family Systems (IFS)
Navigating systems on all levels, from the macro/societal level, all the way to the micro/self level - including all of the smallest parts of ourselves, and even parts carried over from the past - is where thorough healing can be found. As an IFS Therapist, trained by the IFS Institute, I use parts work to help deepen trust, relationships, and support between all inner parts so that you may find softening, wisdom, and relief from tension of inner dissonance or turmoil.
Approach
My approach is holistic, meaning I view you as a human with many complex and intricate parts - rather than a type of person that can be easily categorized. My work is humanistic, meaning I guide intuitively, trusting that you - in your deepest being - already know what is best for your life. My work is also trauma-informed, meaning I don't make assumptions and I understand the wide ranging impacts of trauma, both personal and systemic.
Therapy sessions with me often include inner-child communication, inner-family parts work, challenging stubborn self-beliefs with gentleness, and encouragement to trust your highest self and inner-wisdom. Together, we can navigate present-day challenges by connecting the dots of your past and exploring your highest truths, values, and dreams. Helping you find and follow your own Inner Guidance is my goal in helping you embody your truest, most authentic self.

As a nationally board certified music therapist, I provide telehealth therapy sessions for clients the U.S., with exception of those who live in states that require an additional state registration: CT, GA, IL, MD, NJ, NV, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, UT, VA, WA, and WI.
